About Me

My Story

I was born and raised in the Phillipines in a place called Aurora. A hidden gem along the Pacific Ocean. Fast forward and I got my Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the age of 21 and started working as a Registered Nurse in New York not long after. How we got to New York was a long story, but it was all through God’s kindness and provision.

In 1997 I got married and moved to the Pacific Coast where my nursing career spanned over 20 years in California. It was a precious time in my life and it was gratifying, humbling, and I was blessed to have had a beautiful career helping others.

Then, like many of us, the pandemic put a pause on my career. After acquiring and recovering from COVID-19, I enrolled at Aveda Institute (Los Angeles) on March 9, 2021. Again, with God’s provision, I became a licensed Esthetician on October 11, 2021. I left my nursing career and ventured into a new and unfamiliar one. Sometimes, the small steps you take in the right direction ultimately lead you to the biggest changes in your life.

We must always be open to change, renewal, and rejuvenation for ourselves; otherwise, our hearts harden. I took a leap of faith, knowing my God who has never left me, would support me in my new career. My new mission is to help others achieve healthy and happy skin for life, through simple skincare education and lifestyle adjustments.
